Soar Park

Hermes Labs provides pro bono technical and information engineering support to the Trinidad Court and Sunnyland homeowner associations, which are part of the resident-led Voices of Soar Park initiative. Hermes Labs hosts and maintains the residents' public website, brings public county records together there so they are easier to find, understand, and use, develops educational resources, and helps coordinate community meetings.

At Miami-Dade County's September 3, 2026 budget hearing, Hermes Labs provided research and supporting county data to HOA Vice President Alba Hernandez, who wrote and delivered her own statement to commissioners.

Rolando Bosch's work with residents predates Hermes Labs, and the current work continues that same practice of connecting people to reliable information and to the systems that make it usable. Hermes Labs continues to provide technical and information engineering support for Voices of Soar Park.
